    We are all well & truly overdue a few announcements so I believe they will combine with CR to soften the blow.

    Not sure what all the negativity is about. This was inevitable. This CR had been coming for 6 months. Hopefully, the CR is over $20m & the Company can finally progress, shore up some Business & begin to stand on its own 2 feet.

    Dilution is my only concern.

    I just hope they can overhaul or bring in some Businessmen to the Board this year.
