What are people's thoughts on the issue of the 100 million shares by January 2008? COE obviously have some more acquisitions in mind as in mentioned in the memorandum, but say at todays price of around 70c, professional investors will be picking up shares at 56c (20% discount). Surely that dilutes our holding slightly. Daresay it's more expensive to do an offer to existing shareholders but it may have been in our interests to be offered participation in a $50mill + issue.
