this issue of these new shares is probably not in the best interests of small shareholders IMHO. Firstly the price it way too cheap at 50cents. It seems like a bargain top me and if I was offered shares at that price I would be so happy. So why offer it to a company that has never held shares in COE before. Seems to be rewarding outsiders to me. This will have to result in a short term share price fall. Oh well...
