    he's off to London on Wednesday - whilst over there he expects to tie up the Niger Delta negotiations. This and the Kwanza Basin Oil Concessions will send the s/p through the roof. The Yanks and Saudis will make sure of it. He said that he won't start pushing the stock in the US until it reaches $1.
