Also, directors taking shares instead of cash could be seen as a sign of their confidence and they have the real knowledge of potential. At the moment most Mocco share holders would rather take the cash, condsidering its declining SP. The way the price is falling if it continues - their new share values will be worth $80,000 in a couple of weeks. Who would want a loss like that? Maybe someone who wants to keep a job for a little longer, or someone who wants to make some serious gains in wealth.

If you thought the price was great at 5 cents - it is sensational at these levels.
