bobby bill how does your holdings in GWR translate to money? are you talking about FAS's ability to sell GWR shares?
what does FAS need to fund the first part of hte takeover? $10m??? good luck selling 8m GWR shares into the market at the moment.
still no word on the status of the underwriting agreement either? IMO more dilution coming up for FAS holders.
