They need to release oil leases before they ask for more money. How can anyone in their right mind vote yes to this? If they are so sure why dont they wait till singatures are on the leases and then release this after. If there is value investors will not hesitate to grant their wishes. I am seriously starting to doubt the ability of MS and co they seem to have no clue about market sentiment at the moment. People will not give you something for nothing. I dont care about anyone that says they are being loyal..everyone is in for making money difference is some want more money than others. This stock deserves to be traded to bits. Management have no clue.
