the offshore blocks are not producing anything until someone with the financial capacity and the intention takes the chance that they may be successful in their exploration
to raise expectations in this manner tells of short-term anxiety
if you think you have seen lulls and spikes in CVI to date, wait until drilling for the bi-polar ride of a lifetime!
