Without giving away to much...I was in Singapore recently and know of this group of investors.
Nobody likes stepping out of their comfort zone with new management....but employees need to understand that if its in the shareholders better interests for a SLIGHTLY new direction than this is what should happen.
Some personale are good at development....others are good at managing.
It will all be good....make take a little time for everyone to settle in.
