Early takeouts:

1) Once we have the working capital and the govt has provided to power stations a level of compensation we will do deals. Could be in very short term.

2) Even with a +/- 30% as per Arup we will be profitable - once this is refined to +/- 10% a HUGE amount. ESI IS, AND CAN BE PROFITABLE NOW, SUBJECT TO WORKING CAPITAL TO DO THE DEALS - as per KOS. ONE PLANT IN LA TROBE VALLEY CAN MAKE ESI $145M P.A. WE CAN GET $1 BILLIN FINANCE TO DO THIS SUBJECT TO PROOF IT WORKS - IT WORKS.

3)Matmor to start accelerating tech 1H09 - Coldry main priority, but Matmor works.

Incidently, they gave away samples of coldry & matmor.

4)Old school shareholder manipulation will not stand.

I dont know result of ballot, I had to leave.
