My understanding is that any member can front up to the registerd office to inspect the company's secretarial volume, at any time it is open. A registered office is legally meant to be open for a certain number of hours each business day... so it should be easy to find a time slot. Also, if the Directors are silly enough, they will have filed their board minutes with the other general minutes... making them viewable to any shareholder. Of course, if this were they case... it would be pretty illegal to remove the directors board minutes and place them into a seperate file as they could be :)
