The 2008 annual report stated that JRV had roughly $4million is cash and $2million in current liabilities. So they have roughly $2 million to keep them going, which isn't a lot.

JRV recently opened an office in Young which is allegedly run by his daughter, this is an unecessary expense because they don't actually need to do anything in Young. They have allegedly rented housing for workers in Young, which aren't necessary. They have bought 2 4WDs valued at about $200K which aren't necessary. This company should be in cash conservation mode, not spending up on these sorts of things.
