Being aware of the extreme complexity of any viable Ni/Co extraction route theoretically suitable for Jervois' case, I strongly doubt that any Chinese company is in possession of the required know-how, technology and implementation capabilities it takes to get a pilot plant up and running.

All the corresponding Ni/Co winning equipment for projects within China is imported and not supplied by domestic makers. Why should they be in a position to export any competitive technology now?
