Ok, so what is going on. I was led to believe that todays court hearing was for Duncan to explain to the court why an EGM hasn't been called. This clearly wasn't the case.
Has someone formally submitted a request for an EGM?
Has the company acknowledged that the request has been received?
How long does the company have to act upon the requisition for the EGM?
Any help would be great.
