Dale buying is a surprising development. He is hardly likely to buy on a whim. I think Elphs original and still would remain the major interest in engenco is all about CAT. Thats why it would be a nice add-on to William Adams. Progress Rail coming to Aus spragged the wheels here somewhat, but who knows what could happen in this space in the future. For elph to get to compulsory acquisition he would need to to get the 2nd and 3rd substantial S/H onside. I have always thought it would Alex Waizlitz who I think still hold the second most shares losing patience with his investment that forces Elphs hand. All in my opinion.
