Yes the BoD are taking actions THEY believe will benefit short and long term shareholders, but l wouldn't say there is no influence.
We, as small shareholders just want them to know that every decision they take may not necessarily be in our best interest therefor we raise our concerns on this forum. Up until the consolidation, just about everyone was celebrating the work and improvements they were doing,
If the decision they take all goes according to plan then we all win, but if not, then they the top 20 will pay much more heavily.
