Christique some of what you say I have thought for some time with gas demerger. Failing to purchase pwr station in nsw is now an opportunity. They are a family run company and expansion is critical in both electricity and gas sectors. I believe ego is part of Erm's plans. But T / O by them is not an option unless they are going to pay a great price but in saying that they would have 1 to 1.4 billion shares of support and over 1.2 to 2.1 billion against if price too low. Interesting in any case. Ego may well be steered for Erm and sh's benefit. Most were aware of this last year with demerger. Anyway consolidation will happen but more likely 10:1 as many holders are less than 1 million plus once consolidation opens up for other players to strike and that might not be what Erm want. Remember wharf will have a say too. So short term in my opinion not a lot will happen they will complete investigations and I feel it won't be that hard hitting and heavy Go through motions and focus on company structures. Reserves. And plant etc. that's where the focus will be and what ever pwc come up with. But Erm focus in my opinion is the company structure and cash. I guess the directors will want to be paid at some point. I think they just want to get on with business and fulfil what they said they would for holders and themselves. All the investigation. Litigation etc is a head ache for them. I believe that they can't wait till it's all completed. Remember some of our previous directors are working for them so we will never know all the details in my opinion.
