Donka, the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) still has the programmes and we are awaiting approval. The latest news is put in our newsletter. If you have not subscribed I urge you to do so. The latest news and updates goes out in this.
For those who are not subscribed see below the article regarding the North Perth Basin drilling campaign update:

The approval process continues with the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) for Empire’s three well oil drilling programme in the North Perth Basin.
The Dunnart-2 Environmental Plan has been re-lodged this week to address all remaining outstanding DMP queries.
The environmental approval process by the DMP has been an issue in WA for exploration companies and several newspaper articles recently in The West Australian have been written regarding it.
Relevant health and safety approvals were granted in the last Quarter for both Dunnart and Black Arrow.
Land Access agreements are continuing between relevant parties with terms settled for the Dunnart-2 well.
Testing and coring services have been tendered and a drilling manager has been appointed also for the Dunnart well.
Drilling contracts terms have been agreed and will be finalised once the approvals have been granted by the DMP and the Land Access Agreement signed off.
Recently Empire personnel visited the site areas for Black Arrow-1 and Dunnart-2 and met with the local shire representatives to discuss planning permissions for drilling camps and the use of shire water for the Dunnart drilling campaign.
Well pre-planning and scoping for three deep wells in EP389 have begun for 2014 as the seismic processing of the Wannamal 3D Survey is being undertaken.
The interpretation of the seismic will be carried out by specialist consultants and Empire Management.
Prospects over the Gingin Gasfield and Wannamal areas will be defined by order of risk.
Existing seismic data indicates that these prospects have an estimated un-risked potential recoverable resource of 205 BCF of gas and 9.2 million cubic feet of condensate, which will provide additional reserves to be processed at the Red Gully Facility.
