Those votes should be confidential; otherwise the board will be able to just concentrate on the share holders that are not voting their way and try and sway them. BUT, you never know, just look at the length that the old board did to try and stay put (the first 249D). They must be smiling ATM.

For the above reason, I don't vote till the very last minute. Seeing it's electronic, it should not matter.

But the fact that they are surveying/canvassing votes must mean that they are a little bit uneasy or worried about the situation.
