To be honest Griffo, It doesn't bother me. I know that an independent chairman was promised, but I think Tony has done a good job, I know many disagree. Look at Mr Ianello's profile, his work and education, he's good. I am 100% sure that he would be acting in the interest of all shareholders.
On the point of hypocrisy. At least you've got the guts to come on here and say there is a plan. I've asked several times on this forum today and healyn has been found wanting. His silence on the issue confirms that something is going on behind the scenes. EMPOSA 2.0?
Whatever his plans are, I certainly hope the wont be damaging the company, either in the press or financially. I can't see how more shareholder activism will benefit the company though.
Many on here, who are part of Docmin's mailing list whine about little shareholders and long term shareholders not being looked after. What about all of us who are not on Docmins mailing list? Don't we deserve to know what's going on?
