    Just open up another non marketable share sale facility that should do the trick to get rid of a few thousand shareholders.

    Yet EGO has enough spare cash to employ a PR company to canvas shareholders as to how they will vote.

    VOTE NOW. Let them see how many votes are against the resolutions.
