Although when they rang me, I got the impression that they were more worried about having KQ on the board. Consolidation is secondary. The fact that they are so against new blood on the board tells me that they are would like to exist as a "closed" board where no one is likely to contradict their decisions. Even more reason why we should put someone else on the board.
