The best I can give you If the award was $7m and the cost were $6m with our SH if you won you would get about .008 cent per share and if you lost you would have to pay 5.6 cent per share.
that is if every SH took part, I do not think MIN would be interested so you would be up for an extra 20% as only SH in the class action either receive or pay.
