One very simple way is to accumulate at the VWAP for the day. Making sure that you hit the buy at the end of day that may be well below the VWAP. This keeps the buying through out the day from showing up on traders screens who are working on "End of Day" closing.

One would think that agood news story will eventually over come this rudimentary road block. That's where "market sentiment" and a board that actively "sells the story" (or Not) come in.

Regardless, If you can imagine it, someone will be doing it to their own advantage
