Please find an update on negotiations with the Alcoa Gas Sales Agreement. Empire refers to its announcement to the ASX made on 16 June 2011. Negotiations to finalise the Gas Sales Agreement (?GSA?) referred to in that announcement are at an advanced stage. Alcoa and Empire have sought information from third parties concerning matters to be included in the GSA and expect that information to be provided within the next few days. Empire has therefore extended Alcoa?s exclusive negotiation period to 23 September 2011 to enable the GSA to be finalised within that time.
Just wondering if they are holding out for results from Warro ?? Seems a bit strange its similar time scale. Would they need to fund EGO, if Warro would supply what they needed
