Plant = $39 mil

When it comes Gas = $20 mil p/y.

Condensate = $18.6 min p/y

About a dozen EPs whats under the ground?????

EP 389 doubled up would be about $100 mil p/y. This can be done ASAP new wells in same area could mean 10 to 15 yrs life who knows.
