sorry been away for few days and only just saw your post..
you have answered your own questions it seems but i doubt the ceo would not have deals up his sleeve to satisfy those requirements..he isnt new to this game from looking at his past work at other oil n gas explorers...so i think we will soon see the grand plan laid out for our close scrutiny..
