TCL looks to be trying to manipulate the unit price downwards in the short term, no doubt to TCL's benefit.
The longer TCL wait to buy after the opening the more it will cost them at the end. Currently a $2Bil unit trust. A $2-$2.50 unit price will see that more like a $3Bil unit trust.
TCL still own 5% of CEU - a strategic stake for a later takeover.
