TCL is not a substantial shareholder any longer, so if they sell more they dont have to disclose it. They might have none left by now.
You could probably do a search of unit holder resgistry held by CEU to see exactly how much they have left. However i am sure they held most of the position via a cash settled equity swap contract. This will probably be held by one of the custodial service providers anyway.
Just hang in there and let the divs reinvest and wait for the market to do the rest.
