Most know full well what European manufacturers are needing to sign up for in regard to battery anode materials and how it is processed! EV manufacture can't be truly green without HFfree processes involved! Afterall, part of the reason why the West is turning it's back on China's goods is it's shocking enviromental standards and use of toxic chemicals in their manufacturing such as hydrofloric acid.

It's a no-brainer that Volkswagon's preference will be for HFfree and that EGR will be high on the list (if not at the top of the list). Battery recycling is a very prominent theme too with the Europeans... especially given the introduction of the digital product passport regulations....


EGR has been setting itself up for longevity in what will be a very lucrative and enduring industry. AS is obviously very forward-thinking and has adapted to the changing requirements being dictated to world leaders and industry manufacturers!
