I am currently in this postion in another stock and is now coming out the other end. It has taken them nearly 12 months to do this and they are setting up in Australia which is not high risk. They have had to change the board of directors, ceo stepped down, do away with their options, and hire the right people to get back some shareholder faith. They took serious notice of shareholders concerns, revamped their renumeration package so directors did not get freebees and had to buy shares on market. They still don't have their PEPR which has been delayed by months. These delays are due to state govts in Australia. Who knows what happens in Tanzania.

I did not invest in a company who was to set up mining operations in Tanzania. These clowns of directors are still milking the company and take no notice of shareholders. I don't see much improvement for another 12 months.

Yes, I did attend the agm and spoke to lengths with the directors. Although they did address my concerns regarding the direction and operations of the company, I am not so positive anymore and can see delay after delay after delay.
