There wasn't enough shareholder pain or uproar before the last agm for their lifestyle renumeration packages and bonuses to get voted down. Maybe next time around, however that still gives them another year to act. This is just from observations from other small companies where renumeration packages have been voted down. Shareholders are becoming more active and engaged than they did in the past.
