    Hi Invest, yes would be nice to break that trend line, start making some HHs and HLs. Maybe form the right hand side of a "cup" as well.

    Bring on some good news to give confidence in the new grand plan and that Tanzania does actually want aforeign investment, as opposed to foreign aid.
