    The big difference between the 2020 SP spike and when we look back after the (IMO) imminent SP spike will be the following:

    * Transition to EV and Battery Storage is now confirmed

    * Epanko is IMO now confirmed

    * Multiple LiB production mega centers across the globe are now confirmed, back in 2020 it was still majority China-based

    * EcoGrafs Purification Plant strategy, although an initial setback by abandoning the original Kwinan Plant, will generate significantly better profit margins and as importantly allow for easier and faster development approvals in key battery manufacturing regions outside of China, this will be made possible by the decision to locate the Energy and environmentally intensive "Mechanical Shaping" in Tanz close to the Graphite Mine which can be scaled which in turn will result in further improvements of profit margins.

    * China's move on Grahite regulation

    * Absolute No1 major difference for Co's such as EGR between 2020 and now is the US IRA!!! -- I still think a lot of PPL do not understand the significance of what that will mean for the coming decade.

    * I have a tingling feeling that sometime in the near future there will be an announcement about EGR and the US, and then the demand on limited SOI will get very interesting as to date there has been no knowledge about EGR in the US, once a deal is announced that will change overnight.

    There are more points but I guess most will get the point and might understand why I am still very comfortable that my target will be breached very quickly once Finance drops which in turn will allow progress on multiple fronts.

    Because of the above reasons, we (Family and friends) are still voting NO to performance issues... As I said, the FREE share grab-greed is not exclusive to EGR but wide widespread. Management has done a great job bringing EGR to today's position but they would have been smarter asking for an appropriate bonus AFTER tangible progress.
