As a loyal holder since 2012 I used to be a top 20 holder now my holding has been diluted away into insignificance as Spinks has been rewarded over and over without having to buy on market and his holding is ever growing.
I remember back in 2012 when spinks called me because I triggered some sort of notice that I was holding 0.1% of the company. He called to find out who i was and wanted to hear my opinions as a share holder.
Now it seems like he cares little about share holder opinion.
