Also important to note that RNU didnt raise funds to build the mine, just a smaller raise to continue day to day operation. From memory they need closer to 200M to fund the project (they still have a few hurdles before they can attempt to do that).
EGR is in a much better position and actually raised funds for a good and important reason. To build stage one of the Kwinana graphite facility.

As for the price of raising though - generally its a discount to the 5-trading day VWAP
In RNU's case: a 15.4% discount to the 5-trading day VWAP of A$0.0945 per share.
In EGR's case (i think) it was a much larger discount - But thats done and dusted now
