@BigDaniel, thanks for my explanation to 564xxl, I concur with your 110%. You just put it a lot nicer than I would have. I have tobinvestvin buying a laptop, I use a Samsung and it's auto correct is a constant issue.
you did miss that EFA had to submit extra information. The Quarterly did not state if and when this additional information was given to EFA. In addition we had the visit by CSIRO, and Major Projects Australia to the Site, which I personally believe was fact funding mission which may or may not have reported to EFA for more information about the Project this is my surmising.
then we have the load testing which in my opinion was to do the final tests necessary to confirm the project design by gr Engineering with that now completed and above specification I believe that July or August should give us the go ahead for construction and procurement.
