Good luck to RNU. Therir project will be good for Australia as well - as is clearly recognised by the feds.
They will have their own challenges. One is the shortage of water in general on the Eyre Peninsuar. Hence investigating desalination plant set up - which will be very expensive as they all are to both build and operate. At least it could be on the coast and able to dispose of brine out to sea and therefore would probably only need one circuit.
