You did an amazing job yesterday and time will tell if their actions speak louder than words.
Howard especially as the major go to person was very generous with his time and took everything in. A lot of the changes regarding communication were very small but significant, so would like to see them happening in Dec/Jan.
It is not just the strike 1 on the renumeration report they need to be concerned about. Although passed, all of the resolutions had a high against votes. Not sure how Conidi got the best results when he was the one director who looked like he didn't want to be there. One thing I have noticed with other companies in the same position as EGR, is that the issuing of excessive options/shares to non-executive directors is no longer an acceptable practice
