2. Final selection of Ifikara site along with final construction plans. Get the thing built.

3. A question...What sort of facility at Dar Es Salam? A BAM facility? I dunno but I was under the assumption that some sort of facility was to be built in the capital.
I also noticed that the mechanical shaping plant at Ifikara will need to double initial planned production of 20K to 40K tons within 6 years according to previous POSCO offtake agreements (pending ratification).
