Hi Dozen, think one of the justifications for these type of loans is benefit to Germany, so having a signed off take with a large German off taker would likely assist? Is it a requirement before loan approval or something that gets sorted out after?. Guess I would like to see it happen prior but I guess it may be a chicken or the egg type question
