@Names little I doubt that these would be invalid because we have not had a retraction by these companies listed as an announcement as such.
Remember companies are required to announce to the market if there is a change in circumstances of anything previously announced to the market.
Those announcements were listed as Market sensitive if I remember correctly? If those price sensitive announcements have changed, then in our case EGR would have a legal requirement to announce that the MOUs are no longer valid.
I'm going with the fact that they are still valid, @Names little.
If you've seen such a retraction, please advise me.
Btw, we should have an announcement to the market at some point soon re: meeting of KFW re: loans to be approved by the Board of KFW, if EGR is part of this lastest group?
