Hi It's, I haven't seen any retractions but I doubt if the agreements would still be legally binding after such a period. Doesn't mean they arent still around or intending to take supply but I think they would need to reconfirm any contracts. Think thyssenkrupp still gets mentioned as a partner in presentations, not sure about Sojitz.
The thyssenkrupp offtake was for a period of 10 years, not sure if there was a required start date but can't see these big companies signing anything that unduly ties them to such delays. The 10 years will be up before we ever have concentrate to deliver.
On disclosure, yes its always interesting what gets announced or not announced. How often are holders on ASX left wondering if an MOU is still active after the initial grand announcements and further due diligence taking place and then never hear about them again. I can't recall ever reading an announcement from anyone that an MOU is not proceeding but maybe my memory is slipping.
