    Epanko graphite mine
proposed Stage 1 production - 73ktpa graphite concentrate
proposed expanded production - 300ktpa graphite concentrate

    Ifakara mechanical shaping
    proposed Stage 1 production - approx 12ktpa SpG (60% yield), 8ktpa by-product fines (40% yield)
consumption of 20ktpa Epanko graphite concentrate

Proposed stage 1 production at Epanko and Ifakara leaves 53ktpa flake graphite concentrate unaccounted for. Hard to say where it will end up at this stage.

thyssenkrupp signed a BOA in 2015 for Epanko natural flake graphite and a non-binding agreement in 2020 for Kwinana SpG and fines. Seems to me they would be more interested in Ifakara mid-stream products, particularly greenRECARB fines.

Sojitz and the "EGT" signed BOAs in 2016 and 2013 respectively for Epanko natural flake graphite, pre-Kwinana.

I can't see Ecograf wanting to sell much flake graphite concentrate at all, except perhaps premium-priced coarse flake fractions into the expandable graphite market. Huge value unlocked in downstream processing, coated SPG. Obviously will depend on relative timing of mine/mid-stream/downstream facility construction.

I would have expected Stage 1 Ifakara mid-stream operations to account for a larger chunk of Stage 1 Epanko production.
