Thats right - $4.1 billion! Wonder what SCG propose to do with all that money? Buy out the minority shareholders in CDP? Last time they bought a piece of CDP it was above $6. My take is SCG could spout some crap about a pandemic causing uncertainty and wrap this up easily around $5 or $135M which is peanuts compared to the money they just raised.
But what if they don't?

Subject to unforeseen circumstances, the Group’s current intention is to make a distribution in early 2021
from surplus net operating cash flows during the period ending 31 December 2020
Thats right baby - divvys!!! Whatever Big Brother does you can be assured little brother follows obediently.
Just as I told you last week this is set to resume its role as a cash cow spewing at least 24 to 30 cents next year. Assuming a ridiculously high 6% yield that guarantees a SP of between $4 and $5.
