Halved my average cost today with another parcel. As previously stated I live right next to this and the place is ramping up to the pre-christmas shopping (I know earlier every year). While Thursday nights are still quieter than usual, I nearly gave up trying to find a park after 30 mins on Saturday, the place is jumping with people.

The things I worry about most is Myer folding (its two levels right in the centre), but more likely it will do a David Jones and then one floor will go to another chain.

I Dont worry about the drift to online - too many people needing to fill their lives with an experience and this is the way malls are heading here - more services less goods.

I like investing in something I can literally walk through an observe.
