Interesting slide in the VCX presentation showing the difference in visitation over time. Shows the big hit to visitation for states other than VIC and NSW was almost exclusively during the June quarter.
I'm sure there were will be some ongoing impacts to rent but Queensland has really been running pretty well for a while now. A little bemused that this is still down so low but cautiously optimistic that the next report will present a more positive outlook than some are expecting.
