Nice work Jausty1919! Should be a new val out next month with the half yearly accounts. Based on the updated val numbers from VCX for their CR I would suspect an updated val showing a 15% fall. That leaves about $730M and using the above spreadsheet that gives a figure of about $6.30 per share. Three bucks under where its currently trading. FWIW my cousin lives at Coorparoo. She has been visiting the place once a week for the past 10 years and knows it like the back of her hand. She reckons there are about a dozen mum and dad small independents closed permanently meaning 90% plus tenants are up and running. More importantly in terms of leased space that number would be 95% plus.
