That's a very useful first step.
IMO a gearing comparison between those three using the new valuations would be the next step. I haven't done a gearing comparison myself because I'm very comfortable with CDP and not looking elsewhere for retail REITs.
I agree that third parties should be backing up the truck, but there's limited liquidity. Although there's plenty of room to drive up the price without destroying the value proposition.
