Talking about valuations VCX just released their 30/06 vals this morning. Their shopping centre portfolio was down overall by 11.3% although their premium portfolio was only down 8.8%.
Seems I was too pessimistic. You can take it to the bank the val for Carindale will be similar if not exactly the same. Assuming a 10% hit that gives a val of $774M and borrowing from the above spreadsheet means an NTA of around $6.95 per share.
Last trade was $3.35.
